Yesterday I was feeling a bit low. It happens, its very natural. But is there any magical stick to get out of this.
The answer to this lies within you. Make up your mind first. What do you want...gloomy day or a day filled with excitement.
My choice was excitement...fun...inspiration :). For me the answer is 'Yes'.
I kept on striving and trained myself not to give up on negatives. I realized when idle/no work state dominates, negativity creeps in. Foremost thing I did was to be in active state. Drinking water helped.
Walking and talking worked. Friends and family are great assests. God Bless them !!
Reached out for a wonderful reading list.
Listened to happy songs.
Took a warm bath.
Gave good time to myself.
Well, I tried and it worked for me :).
Relaxed and Rejuvenated. Today I am filled with happiness followed by hope.
Just wanna say, identify things which are not helping you in your growth and place a full stop for them.
Pick your own set of items which help you to know yourself more and which give you happiness. Get Going !!!
