Yesterday I was feeling a bit low. It happens, its very natural. But is there any magical stick to get out of this.

The answer to this lies within you. Make up your mind first. What do you want...gloomy day or a day filled with excitement.

My choice was excitement...fun...inspiration :). For me the answer is 'Yes'.

I kept on striving and trained myself not to give up on negatives. I realized when idle/no work state dominates, negativity creeps in. Foremost thing I did was to be in active state. Drinking water helped.

Walking and talking worked. Friends and family are great assests. God Bless them !!
Reached out for a wonderful reading list.
Listened to happy songs.
Took a warm bath.
Gave good time to myself.

Well, I tried and it worked for me :).
Relaxed and Rejuvenated. Today I am filled with happiness followed by hope.

Just wanna say, identify things which are not helping you in your growth and place a full stop for them.
Pick your own set of items which help you to know yourself more and which give you happiness.  Get Going !!!

No matter how busy you are take out time to meet and interact your good great company. By good great company here I mean other than your family. You take great care of your family. This is divine!

But other than your family members do you have your own list of inspired company? This list includes those person whose qualities inspire you. The great attributes you learnt from them and still learning. Every time talking to them makes you feel better.

If you have not taken trouble to catch them up just out of your silly excuses then this is something seriously wrong. Come out of your comfort shell, reach out. Meet and interact..handshake Life :)

In our day to day life away from home we interact with so many people, do multitasking, gain experience and grow with our learning. And at the end of the day we look forward to go home to gain comfort, revitalize and rejuvenate ourselves.

As you head towards your home, make sure you are not carrying any office burdens. Your office is over for the day. For home, bring with you lots of love, energy, smiles and happiness.

If struggling in office for some tasks then at the end of the day when leaving your desk, keep your office tensions safe in office. Do not carry it in your bag and pour it on your loved ones. Be careful not to be in mixed state of weak emotions. Your loved ones have no idea about your state of mind unless you let them know. They expect you to be the same loving person who left in the morning. They want to see you in the same happy state returning back.

Your work is part of your life, one professional front. If carried beyond and confused with other spheres then you will find yourself in trouble. In your state of confusion do not hurt your loved ones feeling. If mistaken already and if it is you who has to apologize, do it now. Its for your own good. Great thoughts...Wise thoughts help a lot in living life peacefully !!

When the mind is empty or not filled with rich experience or wisdom in that case harm to yourself is for sure. 

Mind wanders in all directions mostly when you are worried or in an idle state. It takes a free ride starting from your past to future. In the idle state if the imagination fills you up with hope and happiness, then enjoy your ride!

But if it is the other way round or you are in your worried state..all filled with doubt then your mind starts its journey first focusing on your fear. And based on this you conclude your future too in the same shaky state. Result: More worries..more doubts..you feel you are lost..no result.

I am not saying to ignore your doubts but make sure they are based on valid grounds.

The important thing to note here is that nothing as of now is in existence, it was just your thought process. As it was all running in your mind, it was adding more trouble and causing you harm.  

Can I take lead on this? Can I have control on my mind and create favourable results?..The answer is Yes!

This all scene in your mind got created because your mind was not trained and you were just carried over by the complete thought process. Untrained anything cannot produce desired results. What about training your mind to become a Great One for a Great Life!

Train your mind not to wander unnecessary here and there and trouble you with its free ride without your consent. Feed your mind with positive..wise thoughts to help take better decision. Life is grand with its vast chapters of learning!

In our day to day workings, there comes a possibility that some other person does some harm to you and its because of him/her you suffer. It can be your boss at office, or your peer or your competitor. Well, it is ok if you just let it go and do not cook your mind over the happenings.

But if you stick to it...it will keep on bothering you. This might lead you to start developing a kind of negative feeling for him/her. And as a result of it you wont find yourself comfortable and easy going with the other person. You will feel a kind of insecurity. The fear gets attached to it. These feelings of fear, insecurity, doubt, hatred are enough to stop you to progress. They will never ever allow you to look at the brighter side of life.


Change your outlook from negative to positive. Do not create resistance. Do not tie any knots. This will do no good to you.
Shed off all your negatives. Say it to your own self...SORRY NEGATIVE NO VACANCY..you not of my types. You cannot stop me from my growth. I am here to move forward to experience life and to spread happiness.

Accept the other person as your well wisher to teach you a lesson and move ahead. He/She is on your side. You are no different, not alone and not in against with anybody. You like them all. Weekdays & Weekends !!

Is it that your life is all round up from home to office and office to home for the five days of week. And only on weekends you give your mind the green signal to go and think for different works and complete them. I have noticed this is a common pattern followed especially for people in JOB profile.

They have built this trend and feel happy that they have got the weekend. The mind is so wonderfully set which says get the other than office work to complete only on weekends unless it is really urgent or somehow delay it till it becomes urgent. Even if you have the bandwidth to complete it but you dont feel like doing it now because you have already appointed it for some other day i.e. weekend.

Well, weekdays do not place any full-stop on your get goings. They do not restrict you saying that..No you cannot complete this personal task of yours in weekdays. It is you who unknowingly take this excuse of hiding in the name of weekend.

I am not saying do other items at the cost of your office task. No. Never. But if you give an intelligent thought to it then you will find yes this can be managed easily.

Just set the drive right !! Enjoy yourself on experiencing multiple things in a day. You have the capability to set things right... at right place and at right time.

Dont stick yourself with fix set of office items only. It will only give you a limited experience. You are an all rounder by birth. Then why coming at the stage of doing job you have restricted yourself. Mix n match the tasks as per your priority, convenience but do experience them doing daily. Expand your horizon of learning. Its fun!

This way you will cherish your weekdays more and your weekends will allow more space for your creative work!

The boring routine will no longer be there anywhere in your life as now you have random items to pick up everyday.

And there will be a right weekend for you...real vacation time for you to relax and Enjoy :)

Decorate yourself !!!

In this busy life of everyone...with the ever increasing roles and responsibilities, the joy of giving help to someone is seldom tasted.

The sense of satisfaction is really amazing when you see your giving help to someone could prove so useful to them. Its because of you the other person is relieved of his/her worry. The other person is happy..dancing in joy because of you! Just imagine!

If you have not tried this out(i.e. to take the opportunity of helping someone around) for a long time. Take a break dude!

Is it the scene that you are so engrossed with your own work that even if the whole day gets over but you are still not done with your own stuff. Forget about even lending a thought of helping others. Just analyse your progress, is it worthwhile working so hard for your own self only. Have you planned your day perfectly. Are you a really successful person...I doubt.

Even your simple sweet smile will work. Just think of using it ! You have it all with you. Bring it back in your nature if you have somehow lost it.

Share the warmth of love and care. Everybody needs help. Its absolutely fine. We are all learning souls.

Take out time to reach out and give your company to others. Do this purposefully. Spend great quality time of your life with the people around you. Reach out with an open heart to help others.

To Mess Up Or Not To Mess Up...

It is so easy to mess up with something. So easy to mess up with anything...everything. It takes no extra efforts and not much energy. Just allow little bit of carelessness and laziness in... and there you are all ready to mess up!

But is the result of this screwed up scene so easy to handle too?..Not really!

It takes a lot of courage to go pass through so created tough time.

Why not take a little extra awareness at the first instance.

There should be an all time alert playing in your mind to be PASSIONATE about the things you manage. Yes, this requires a little practice in the beginning but I believe once mastered this act of taking charge, the results will be all in your favor dancing in your glory!!!...Stay Tuned :)

I had a great meeting in office today. It was a walkthrough for some new workflow so the basic idea behind it was to gain familiarity and then start working on it.

The first thing that marked impression on me was the content delivery done by Daniel(my instructor) was excellent. After all, Daniel was an experienced and a knowledgeable person!

He was well aware of his role and responsibility and he successfully performed it.

It touched more because Daniel took the efforts and was cautious enough to make sure I was following him completely. He kept asking like ok?..right?..yeah? in between his talks. These small checkpoints helped me to stay on track with full concentration. And me with my enthusiastic style...energetic response kept him get going too...in a way we both were moving forward...

At the end of the discussion I was like full of content..which was followed by happiness and satisfaction..and ofcourse gratitude and respect for my instructor!!!

Life too... is like an unknown workflow for what comes next..dont know...with unfamiliarity associated...for what is it at the next turn...dont know.

We all are living life..experiencing it at our own pace..in our own ways...but what if we also get the company of great masters to help guide us.

Great Masters - whom you admire...your real life hero...your inspirational guru. I believe this will add more excitement...energy to ones learning and growth. Their learning is your learning well in advance. Staying in such a great company will give you timely checkpoints to evaluate yourself. Life moves on at its own pace...Nothing seems to be still...always on the move...then why we dont see significant change in ourselves...are we sure we are progressing well ahead in terms of virtues. Check it out!

Its something like you have no plans in your mind what to do next. No appointments..no work..done relaxing with lots of sleep...nothing next to keep you get going..Here I am terming it as Zero Inspiration.

This scenario is more common on weekends and some artificial ways to pass time...yes..Let me share it with you..

Either net surfing...and/or watching TV long hours.

But to tell the truth both of the options above do not help in overcoming this stagnate stage.

Finding peace..solace in technology takes you to nowhere. Its virtual..its temporary..it lasts for less time. Not able to give real inspiration and happiness.

Watching T.V also just takes you to an illusionary world for the time being. And you find that your inner happiness is still not received. Instead you feel more tired after watching T.V. All your creative energy is gone. Your precious time is swept away and you have nothing in your hands left.

What I am trying to lay emphasis here is stop searching your happiness in technology. Technology is making you lazy.

The time is calling for YOU to PERFORM. Leave this state of inactivity and ACT. Act something real so that you can feel the thrill of action..warmth of satisfaction. Experience yourself the real freedom of enjoyment...entertainment and Inspiration.

To feel the above richness its you who has to act. Leave your couch. Get to see the world. Feel the cool air. Appreciate the blue sky. Be close to nature. Climb high. And all this adds more value if the journey taken is not alone but with your loved ones. None other can give you a better company than your liked ones!

For their real great company in this real time journey called Life...express gratitude for their closeness...their love and care. Staying and enjoying in the company of your loved and dear ones is the sure shot formula to rise above any zero state. They help you to get charged.

What to do when the start goes wrong??

This is a question I am pondering when I have already traveled half way and feeling that the start by now has not gone that good. Not smooth as it should have gone..as what I expected. Should I now expect that the rest will also continue the same. Will the task to complete never reach its destination and I will continue facing interruptions or I can still do something to CHANGE it.

Well, I have my inner voice saying that the task has to be completed. But what do I consider these signs on my way as..how should I take them as. The signs so far seem not to be supporting.

Hold On. Well, in this case I need to have a checkpoint.

Is the intention to complete the task in its purest form. The answer is...YES. Perfect!

Lets move ahead then. These distrubing signs may be because of some backlogs. You need not intermix them with your current task in hand. Resolve the threads. Check your feelings. Dont get disheartened. Keep the light of hope and happiness on. Give time to understand yourself. Acceptance..Acknowledgment is the key to your problem. Dont resist or stop yourself. Get going with the feel of success.

As soon as I am now aware and look forward for success I see a new positive world. I am no longer worried over the past happenings and I am moving forward. All of a sudden I see with the change in my thoughts and feelings I am reaching closer to the target. I feel a lot relieved and light. I feel blessed. I feel I have now met again my original self. Thanks again to positive thoughts and happy feelings :)..God Bless the high intention behind it !!!...Take Charge :)

What is in store for today?..I am hoping for something interesting and exciting !!!

Things become interesting when it includes your desire..your passion..your growth in it. Things become exciting when its something different from routine and you are ready to take it up as a challenge and show a shining performance.

So it happens in life when you get an opportunity with something interesting and exciting but the Fear Factor also gets associated with it.
Let me quote an example for it. Say you are invited to be a part of highly intellect people(its only you think..not necessary true always ;)) and this appointment is made on a very short notice for you and with absolutely no prior preperation!

Seems Exciting? Seems Interesting?..Attached with some unknown fear too ??

This mixed feeling I can feel and understand but the decision is to be made now. Whom to give preference to your passion or your fear. Who takes the lead...I vote for my PASSION..my GROWTH. Fear does not help in reaching heights. It is a delimiting factor. It prevents us to give us our Best. I am not a friend of fear. I look forward and decide to go along with my dreams of rising and shining brighter than before. So yes I have made my choice. To evolve more confident with my forever time friend...my confidence. I have noticed Confidence doesnt show up when fear is also standing side by side. Once the elimination for fear is decided than Confidence seems to embrace you with full support..with sparkling eyes !!

Well allow yourself to cool. Relax yourself. Its the time to believe in yourself. Confidence is with you now. Accept the excitement. Accept it with cheerfulness. No resistance. Welcome energy and follow your heart. Its your time to stand high on heels and perform. You are beyond compare and you have the asset of your dreams with you! It your high chance to showcase yourself and expereince the best of time of your life. Take charge :)
It is absolutely not necessary to have all the information or preperation in advance. Sometimes it can go extempore. You have all the guts to perform superbly at all time...nytime!! Take charge :)

With all this one thing I would like to carry always with me..my sweet flavour of love and care for one and all :)..always:)...

Can there be a change apart from being lazy? Can there be a better world to live in full of wisdom, action, greater conscious, awareness? Why do we sometimes get to loose track of time, its value, its importance? Why time is taken for granted?

Be certain not to allow yourself to get stagnate and forget about the dreams and aspirations you are working towards. Keep your spirits high, rising and shining.

Take charge with all our passion, emotions of love, laughter, inspiration and get going. There is life inside you and you are not yet dead. Take charge. Work in the direction of your dreams. Small steps though will eventually lead you to the targets you wish to achieve. Talk to your liked ones. Listen to cheering music. The world out there is waiting for you to rise, awake and shine. I mean it from the core of my heart. Everyone of us is gifted with the most unique talent. The only part left on us is to help realize it ..recognize it..polish it.. n groom it to the best!

It is also true that in the most inner part somewhere within us only..secretly though..we know what is our true talent gifted to us. But we do not take it seriously which is worth working upon. We take things for granted as if we have a lot more of time to live on this beautiful planet Earth and will work on this in the later part of our life. But lets make this thing clear..the time is now!...the perfect one to start with...is the only chance to be more aware..to grow our own soul..make yourself high on learnings.

No more of pushing things off now. Time will flew and nothing will remain for ever. Its only the tasks well played on time is of worth. Rest all other things handled will pop up n down as usual but these do not make mush sense. The main thing is to keep in mind your goal and every effort should be in line with it.

Dont waste your time by just letting things happen on you which is doing nothing more than spoiling you. You cannot afford to spoil yourself..you are too good to be spoilt. You have shaped your life with such great efforts that it has now started to inspire others...thats true!

You have made yourself with great efforts and now at this high stage you just cannot let things go loose. Every moment in this wonderful life is precious, it will be a great risk if not thought over how to shape it superbly.

For this the plan of action should be very clear. As to what you actually want in this generous life. Be definite in your thinking. Be sure its all on the way for you to receive...

The line of action should be running all the time in your mind till it becomes your second nature. Your actions should be in perfect harmony with your goal. Only then you will feel a great sense of achievement..satisfaction..bliss n happiness.
